Add little water to the Palak leaves and cook for 5 mins.
In a blender, add the grated coconut with some water, and grind well. Strain to get the thick coconut milk. Repeat this 2 more times to get the thin and very thin coconut milk.
Now, in a blender, add the cooked Palak leaves, soaked dates, 1/8 cup thick and 1/8 cup thin coconut milk.
Add the flaxseed powder too and blend very well. Serve and enjoy!!
